Return Eligibility

Submit your return request through your Devi Ayurvedic account or email our support team. Requests are reviewed within one business day.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt) available.
Products received in a damaged or tampered condition must include supporting photos or videos.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Share your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable) via the support form or email.
Step 2: Wait for confirmation containing pickup instructions or self-ship address details.
Step 3: Pack the products securely. Retain courier receipts until the inspection is completed.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used consumables and wellness supplements.
Customized kits, gift cards, and trial packs marked as final sale.
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Items without original invoice, batch number, or barcode intact.

Refund Timelines

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Store credits are issued instantly upon approval and remain valid for 12 months.

Damages & Exceptions

Received a damaged parcel? Contact us within 48 hours with clear images of the outer packaging and product. We can arrange a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability.

Manufacturing defects are escalated to our quality control team and resolved on priority.
